Workforce Success is seeking an experienced Maintenance Fitter to keep the plant running with preventative and breakdown maintenance on the factory floor in Queensland. You’ll service and repair gear while production runs, then move into planned maintenance after 12:30am.
The role operates on a night shift roster: 5 on, 4 off, 4 on, 5 off, 5:45pm–4:00am. You’ll need Cert III in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent trade, robust fault‑finding skills and licences such as forklift and Working at
