Sportsmith in Victoria seeks a VFL Strength & Conditioning Coach to deliver comprehensive sessions, assist with individual and team strength, power, conditioning, speed and recovery under the guidance of the VFL High Performance Manager.

You will coach protected movement, lead warm-ups, support rehabilitation, assist with player load management, testing and performance monitoring, and collaborate with medical and performance staff to foster a high-performance culture.
