Echuca Regional Health’s headspace Echuca is seeking an experienced Enhanced Care Coordinator to join our multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality, evidence-based mental health care to young people.

You will conduct comprehensive assessments, manage intake and triage, develop and review care plans, deliver interventions, and coordinate care pathways across services, while providing clinical leadership during leave.
