With continued growth and increasing operational demand, they are seeking a Health & Safety Coordinator to support their HSE Advisor and contribute to safe work practices across the business.

About the Role

Based in Melbourne's northern suburbs, this role will support the HSE Advisor with the coordination and administration of health and safety activities.

It's an ideal opportunity for someone who has recently completed their Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety, or who has worked in a safety administration role and is ready to take on more responsibility.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting the HSE Advisor with day-to-day health and safety coordination.
- Maintaining safety documentation, registers and records.
- Assisting with safety reporting and following up on actions.
- Helping coordinate inductions, training and other safety activities.




- Communicating with employees and project teams to support safe work practices.

This is an initial three-month contract, with the opportunity to step into a permanent role. You'll gain practical experience while working closely with an experienced HSE Advisor.

About You

You're organised, detail-focused and interested in building your career in health and safety. You're comfortable working with documentation and enjoy communicating with people across a business.

You bring:

- A recently completed Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety, or experience in a safety administration role.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail.
- Clear communication and a collaborative approach.
- Initiative and an interest in taking on greater responsibility.
- Initial three-month contract with a view to a permanent role.
- Direct support and development alongside the HSE Advisor.
