About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and relationship-focused Retail Trade Specialist to join our Springwood team on a permanent full-time basis.

This is a outstanding opportunity for someone who loves sales, enjoys building relationships and gets a kick out of winning new business.

You’ll become a key point of contact for our trade customers, working with local tilers, builders, renovators and other trade professionals to grow existing accounts, bring new customers into the business and provide a great experience every time they deal with Beaumont Tiles.

The Role

As Retail Trade Specialist, you’ll be responsible for:

- Building strong relationships with existing trade customers
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Growing a portfolio of trade accounts
- Re‑engaging existing and inactive customers
- Preparing quotes and competitive offers to secure new business
- Identifying opportunities to cross‑sell and grow customer spend
- Keeping in regular contact with customers through phone, in-store engagement and site visits
- Supporting trade promotions, supplier activations and local events
- Providing product advice and solutions to meet customers’ project needs




- Working closely with the showroom and warehouse teams to deliver a seamless customer experience

About You

You’re confident, proactive and genuinely enjoy building relationships with customers. You’ll bring:

- Strong customer service and relationship‑building skills
- A proactive approach to generating new business
- Confidence managing and growing customer accounts
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- The ability to identify sales opportunities and follow them through
- A willingness to build your knowledge across our products and the trade market

Experience within tiles, flooring, building products, construction or a trade‑focused environment would be an advantage, however a strong sales background and the right attitude are just as significant.
