Mater Hospital is seeking a Senior Administration Officer in the Appointment Management team, based at the South Brisbane Campus. This fixed-term full-time role (38 hours/week) runs until 5 January 2028, with day shifts Mon–Fri and 7.36-hour days.

Salary is $39.79–$44.25 per hour, plus superannuation and access to salary packaging up to $18,550, plus staff perks. Key duties include patient scheduling, managing referrals and waitlists, data entry in IPM and Verdi, and maintaining
