Discover My World Early Learning is building a new 74-place service in Crows Nest and seeks an energetic Assistant Director to lead from day one. You will support the Centre Director, recruit and mentor a brand-current team of educators, and help shape a positive, inclusive culture across the centre.

You'll bring a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent, strong NQF/NQS/EYLF knowledge, and be eligible to act as Nominated Supervisor.
