Westfill Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Underground Maintenance Superintendent to lead maintenance teams across sites, ensuring safety, reliability and availability of underground mobile equipment. You will report to the Maintenance Manager and work closely with operations and site management.

You will drive preventative maintenance programs, manage budgets and procurement, and use Pronto data and KPIs to drive performance while fostering a solid safety culture and high team engagement.
