Programmed Skilled Workforce is recruiting a Counterbalance Operator for a national FMCG client, based in Crestmead, Queensland. The role involves operating a counterbalance forklift on rotating Day/Afternoon shifts and may include RF scanning with voice picking.

You will work in a cold room at 1–3°C, lifting 15–20 kg and must pass full medicals with D&A.; A forklift licence is required, and a can-do attitude with team collaboration is essential.
