Home Group is seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist to support customers with complex needs, helping them grow independence and confidence. You’ll assess, plan, and deliver person-centred interventions, working with a multidisciplinary team across services, including supported accommodation, to drive secure, effective outcomes.

You will lead on service improvements, maintain strong professional standards, and collaborate with nurses and behavioural specialists to ensure high-quality care.
