Molly Malone's in Devonport, part of the Vantage Hotel Group, is seeking a customer-focused team member. You will attend guest inquiries, prepare and dispense beverages, and run food with a focus on excellent service.

Flexibility to support bar and bistro operations, including large groups and bookings, is required. Ideal candidates will have cash handling experience, solid knowledge of food and beverage offerings, and current RSA and RCG certifications.
