Bunnings Group is seeking a Department Manager to lead a 20+ strong team, drive sales, manage stock, and uphold safety and service standards. You will partner with Service, Inside the Home, Builders teams and report to the Operations Manager and Complex Manager. Weekend rosters and some public holidays apply.

You will mentor staff, optimize rostering, and ensure department displays reflect our widest range and best prices while building solid supplier relationships.
