McArthur in Ashfield, NSW is seeking an experienced Care Partner or Care Coordinator to join a community aged care team for an immediate start on a six-week temporary assignment. You will support the Support at Home programme and help older Australians remain independent at home.

Ideal candidates have hands-on community aged care experience, familiarity with Home Care Packages or Support at Home funding, and solid care planning and coordination skills.
