GYG is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Recent South Wales to lead daily operations of a high-volume restaurant. You will coach and train a team, manage the P&L;, and uphold GYG standards while delivering fast, high-quality food.
You’ll be hands-on on the line when needed and participate in a clear development path as the brand expands. We value diverse experience and seek leaders with strong financial acumen, rostering and KPI delivery, plus exceptional customer service and communication skills.
