Tradewind Australia is partnering with a large residential aged care home in the Geelong surrounds to recruit an experienced Clinical Services Manager. You will lead clinical and care teams, partnering closely with the General Manager to drive quality improvement and ensure secure, high-quality, person-centred care.

The role requires a minimum of 4 years in a clinical leadership position within aged care or similar healthcare, with strong people-management skills and a passion for developing teams
