voco Melbourne Central is seeking a hands-on HR Coordinator for a part time fixed-term maternity cover. You will support recruitment, onboarding and HR administration while working onsite three days per week (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays) from 1 December 2026 to 12 September 2027.

Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll handle HR tasks, payroll support, and compliance under the Hospitality Industry General Award (HIGA). Pro-rata salary applies based on hours and experience.
