IFYS is seeking a Residential Youth Worker to provide day-to-day care in our Residential Care house, reporting to the Case Manager. You will support young people to manage challenging behaviours, help plan activities and follow daily routines to promote life-skills development.

A key part of the role is completing administrative duties such as case notes and incident reporting, transporting clients to school, work and appointments, and maintaining a safe, supportive workplace.
