Westmead Hospital is seeking a Social Worker (Level 1/2) to deliver evidence-informed psychosocial care to older people and their families within a multidisciplinary team. The role spans inpatient, outpatient and community settings to improve wellbeing, dignity and quality of life.

This temporary full time position offers clinical supervision, development opportunities and involvement in service improvement.
