Position - Shopping Centre Retail Manager (Daily Needs and Large Format Retail)
When - ASAP, ongoing role
Duties - Working within the Centre Management team as the operational point of contact for the retail tenants of 5 shopping centres. Your primary goal will be to drive centre-wide sales growth by analyzing retailer performance, offering strategic merchandising or operational advice, ensuring lease compliance, and executing marketing and activation strategies on the ground.



The role will be based in Brisbane's Western Suburbs with some driving to other centres required to provide support.
Software/s - MS Suite
Days/Hours - Mon - Fri - standard business hours
Parking - Yes - free onsite parking included
Company Car - No - you will be paid $0.98 per KM driven between the shopping centres
Notes - Ideally should have QLD COR or Real Estate License

Temp EIGHT MILE PLAINS Role
Position – Property Administrator
When - Immediate start, ongoing role
Duties - Office based role assisting with the management of a commercial/industrial property portfolio. Property experience is a must however they are open to candidates with junior property experience or those more senior and they will mould the role around your skill set. Administrators, Retail Managers, Team Coordinators, Leasing Agents etc. and Senior Residential Property Managers would be considered for this opportunity!
Software/s - Progenesis (they will teach this)
Days/Hours - Mon - Fri - open to flex if required
