As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Social Media Coordinator who is excited to help shape how our brand shows up online and connect with our community in authentic and engaging ways.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a highly creative, organised, confident and social-first content creator to own the day-to-day execution of ToniMay's social media presence.

Working closely with our Marketing Manager and Director, this role will be responsible for the ideation, high level execution (creating, filming, editing) and publishing content across our social channels, which would require the successful candidate to be confident and engaging speaking to camera not just behind the lens. The role will also be responsible for managing our community and UGC content creators, coordinating creators and influencers, and helping bring campaigns to life.

Proven success and minimum 4 years experience in a similar role is essential

This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes social media both Instagram and TikTok, understands trends, hooks and what makes strong performing content.

We need to see examples of social channels you've managed and content you've created as part of your application - this is a mustIt is also huge bonus if you know the brand ToniMay and have a genuine love for jewellery.





WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Content Creation

- Create engaging short-form video and static content designed to grow engagement and brand awareness.

- Film product, team, behind-the-scenes, and lifestyle content.

- Edit reels, TikToks, stories, and social-first video content.

- Bring recent content ideas, creative concepts, and trend-led opportunities.

- Stay across social trends and identify opportunities relevant to the brand.

- Have a deep understanding of social media strategy, how to create viral videos with hooks and engaging content.

- Be proficient on Cap Cut, Edits, Tik Tok, Instagram and Facebook.

Social Media Management

- Own the day-to-day execution of ToniMay's social channels.

- Manage content calendars, scheduling, publishing, and channel maintenance.

- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing priorities.

- Support campaign launches and key trading moments through social content.

Influencer & Creator Partnerships

- Coordinate influencer outreach and gifting initiatives.

- Build and maintain relationships with creators and brand advocates.

- Source and manage user-generated content (UGC).

- Support affiliate and creator partnership programs.

- Track deliverables and ensure partnerships run smoothly.

Community Management

- Manage comments and direct messages across social platforms.

- Support customer enquiries and create a positive community experience.

- Help foster meaningful relationships with our audience.

- Work with our customer service team to escal ate any issues.

Campaign Support & Reporting

- Support campaign launches, photoshoots, and content capture days.

- Assist with creative ideation for paid social campaigns.

- Monitor content performance and contribute to weekly and monthly reporting.
