Medical Information Junior Associate – JET Program (2‐Year Program) Melbourne | Hybrid | Full time Kick‐start your consulting career in the pharmaceutical industryWe’re looking for early‐career professionals or recent graduates in pharmacy or life sciences to join our JET Program, a structured two‐year program designed to build strong foundations in Medical Information and pharmaceutical consulting across the Japan & Asia Pacific region.
About the Role
In this role, you will:
* Provide accurate, timely medical information to healthcare professionals, patients, and internal stakeholders via several media sources (phone, emails, etc)
* Handle and triage medical enquiries, escalating complex cases when required
* Conduct literature searches (PubMed/MEDLINE) and support evidence‐based responses
* Deliver scientific and technical information via written and verbal channels
* Support translation activities (English Japanese)
* Identify and report adverse events and product complaints in line with regulations
* Participate in quality, compliance, and continuous learning activities
