ANNEES® Vietnamese Iced Coffee is growing fast across Queensland, and we’re looking for a Shop Manager to lead our Mackay venue. This is your shop to run. You’ll set the standard for guest experience, build a team that delivers, own your numbers, and shape the culture from the ground up.

This is a full-time, salaried opportunity, reporting to the Regional Manager.

What you’ll do

- Run venue operations to hit budgets and KPIs, while delivering a guest-first experience every time
- Keep your team in the loop on performance.



Celebrate the wins and tackle the shortfalls head on
- Deliver ANNEES® training and coach Shift Leaders and Team Members to grow
- Work with the Regional Manager on hiring, onboarding, performance reviews and off-boarding
- Own product standards, rostering, timesheets, stock control and daily reconciliation
- Bring marketing campaigns and promotions to life in your venue, and resolve guest complaints
- Make sure your venue complies with ANNEES® policies and WHS requirements
- Champion the ANNEES® brand and culture through how you lead and how you show up

What you’ll bring

- At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role in café, hospitality or retail
- A track record of leading a team to deliver consistent guest experience and operational results
- Confidence managing venue budgets, rosters and stock, with a solid understanding of wages percentage, cost of goods sold, and how everyday decisions affect both
- Flexibility across 7 days per week, including weekends and public holidays
- A willingness to learn and take on training for the role
