️ Opportunity: Lead a team of technicians and apprentices maintaining a up-to-date fleet of Caterpillar, Komatsu, and Hitachi earthmoving equipment, overseeing servicing, repairs, rebuilds, and daily workshop operations.
Experience: Heavy Diesel trade qualified with previous workshop leadership experience, strong earthmoving equipment knowledge, and the ability to support diagnostics, mentor staff, and drive workshop performance.
