Amida Recruitment is seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager/Site Supervisor/Leading Hand for busy commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects in Sydney. You will support the Site Manager in delivering high-quality, on-time results, coordinating trades, and ensuring safety and compliance on site.

Background in carpentry or trade is preferred, with Procore or Buildpass experience advantageous. The role offers permanent full time work on projects up to $15m+, with a strong company culture
