The Southern Hotel Toowoomba is looking for an experienced Assistant Café/Restaurant Manager to join the restaurant/cafe management team and assist in the daily operations of the business. The hotel runs three distinctive food outlets: Cafe Inferno, Fire + Ice Restaurant and Bar 839.

- Support the management of three food outlets

- Experience in restaurant/cafe management
- Understanding of the changing dynamics of the industry
- Willing to be adaptable within a team environment
- Ability to give and take direction
- Willingness to lead by example
- Commitment and passion for the industry, customers and colleagues
