Mandarin & Cantonese Speaking Home Care Registered Nurse (North and West Sydney)

WE ARE HIRING | Casual Registered Nurse – Home Care （North and West Sydney areas）

AustaCare is looking for an experienced Cantonese & Mandarin-speaking Registered Nurse to join our team, with a focus on North Sydney and West Sydney.

About the Role

Casual position, available 2–3 days per week

Conduct clinical and comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and support ongoing care planning

Develop, review and monitor individualised care plans

Coordinate and support the delivery of client services in collaboration with internal teams

Liaise with clients, families and the multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred care

Complete accurate clinical documentation, reassessments and care records

Ensure services are delivered in accordance with aged care legislation,



clinical standards and organisational policies

About You

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

Robust experience in aged care home care is essential

Experience with Support at Home and/or Home Care Packages (HCP) is highly regarded

Fluent in English and Chinese; Mandarin and Cantonese preferred

Current Australian driver's licence and willingness to travel to clients’ homes

Available to work 2–3 days per week in North and/or West Sydney
