What You'll Be Doing

- Managing the day-to-day operation and presentation of the display home
- Welcoming and engaging walk-in clients while building lasting relationships
- Qualifying buyers and guiding them through the home-building journey
- Preparing preliminary pricing and presenting quotations using established systems
- Building strong relationships with local land developers and referral partners
- Managing your sales pipeline, customer communication and documentation through CRM
- Attending regular catch-ups with management to support your success
- Proactively generating current business during quieter periods

What We're Looking For





- Previous experience in residential new home sales is essential
- A genuine passion for helping clients build their dream home
- Exceptional organisation and administration skills with strong attention to detail
- A self-motivated, proactive approach and the ability to work autonomously
- Confidence using CRM systems and technology
- Solid understanding of the residential building process from enquiry through to contract
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to achieve realistic sales targets
