We deliver a range of child, family and youth services, family relationship services, school counselling and pastoral care services, social housing, homelessness services, employment and advocacy services across Victoria.

- Deliver high-quality, client-centred services to children and families across both Strengthening and Restoring streams
- Provide practical, therapeutic, and system-based support to families
- Apply evidence-informed frameworks including but not limited to MARAM (risk assessment and management), BICPM (Best Interests Case Practice Model),

- Demonstrated experience working with children, young people, and families
- Knowledge of, or willingness to learn, frameworks including MARAM, BICPM, Safe and Together, Outcome Star, Ages and Stages Questionnaire and Family Assessment
- Experience working across both early intervention and high-intensity service models
