TruCare QLD in Townsville, QLD, is seeking a full time Community Support Worker to deliver person-centred support to NDIS participants in homes and in the community. You will work with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities to promote independence and wellbeing.

You will assess needs, develop plans, document progress, and collaborate with the Community Coordinator and Operations Manager. A current driver’s license and checks are required.
