The Role Working alongside an experienced Strata Manager, you’ll support the day-to-day management of a portfolio while developing your skills and building a career in strata.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Strata administration and portfolio support
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance
- Liaising with owners, stakeholders and contractors




- Assisting with insurance, risk management and compliance
- Learning all aspects of strata management with full training provided

About You:

- Experience in strata, real estate or property management is advantageous, but not essential
- Strong transferable skills and a genuine interest in the property industry
- Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organised, resilient and able to manage deadlines
- Professional presentation and a strong customer service focus
