Dandy is expanding its AU BDR team to generate leads and drive revenue for the go-to-market function. You will engage dental practices, perform outbound prospecting, and collaborate with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoffs.

The role requires 1+ year of sales experience, comfort with cold calling, and a mindset of continuous improvement in a high-growth workplace. Willingness to work from the Sydney office up to 3 days a week is expected.
