Shine Bright, a not-for-profit provider of early years education and care, seeks an executive to lead education, people and compliance across its 44 services and 500 professionals. You will shape governance, risk management and assurance to support growth across regional Victoria.

Reporting to the CEO, the Chief of Education, People & Compliance will translate regulatory obligations into practical frameworks, aligning frontline operations with Board expectations and strategic aims.
