You will partner with the Executive Team and People & Culture Committee to translate complex remuneration concepts into practical solutions.

You will lead end-to-end remuneration processes, oversee equity plans, and ensure governance, reporting and stakeholder alignment across Finance, Legal and Investor Relations.
