Part time | 3 days a week | Veterinary Wholesaling

Do you like a workday that’s never the same twice? Are you handy with tools, good at logistics, and as comfortable chatting with a client as you are fixing a piece of equipment? We’d like to hear from you.

We’re a small, close-knit veterinary wholesaling business that’s growing fast, and we’re looking for an all‑rounder to join the team. One day you might be sorting out a repair. The next you could be checking stock before it goes to market or packing an order for dispatch. We take real pride in our customer service and in how we communicate, with each other and with our clients, and we want someone who’ll bring that same energy.

What you’ll be doing

Assessing and fixing products. For example, a stainless steel cage with a door that won’t close, or a medical instrument that needs checking against our standards before it goes to market. Nothing is overly technical, and it’s easy to pick up if you’re practical and like solving problems.

Managing stock across our two warehouses, and checking equipment in on arrival and out on dispatch.

Packing and preparing orders for dispatch, and booking couriers.





Talking with clients and suppliers by phone or email now and then to sort out problems or help them choose products.

Helping our sales team wherever it’s needed.

What you’ll bring

Plenty of initiative. You’re as happy working things out on your own as you are pitching in with the team.

An organised, logistics-minded approach, ideally from a background in manufacturing or a similar hands‑on trade.

A current forklift licence (essential).

Intermediate computer skills. We use Outlook and MYOB.

A willingness to learn. You don’t need any experience with veterinary products, just curiosity and a good attitude.

A good sense of humour. We work hard, but we like a laugh along the way.

The details

Part‑time, 3 days per week: Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm.

Starting by Monday 7 December 2026, with some flexibility on the exact date.
