Reo Group is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to lead the Customer Service & Administration Team in Kilcoy. You will oversee day-to-day operations including orders, invoicing, freight, returns, and export orders, while driving process improvements and coordinating with key stakeholders for excellent service.

You will have at least 2 years' experience in Office Management or a similar role with solid communication, organisational and leadership skills, and a proactive approach to supporting
