Prouds Kotara is seeking an energetic Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager, lead a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a busy jewellery retail environment.

You will have the prospect to lead in absence of the Store Manager, coach staff, and contribute to sales growth while upholding brand standards and excellent service. This is a pathway toward Store Management within Australia’s iconic family-owned jewellery brand.
