* Biodiversity Assessment Method (BAM) accreditation
* A proven track record in environmental consulting
* Expertise in undertaking biodiversity assessments, preparing Biodiversity Development Assessment Reports, planning and executing field surveys, and preparing management plans and offset strategies.
* Strong understanding of federal and NSW environmental regulations.
* Advanced skills in flora identification, GIS, and biodiversity offsets (highly regarded).
* Leadership experience and a collaborative mindset.
