Resource Manager - Enterprise PMO

Contract Opportunity | Sydney | Up to $900+ per day

We are seeking an experienced Resource Manager to join a high-profile Enterprise PMO, supporting the successful delivery of a large and complex program of work. This is an excellent prospect for a resource management professional who enjoys working across multiple projects, engaging with senior stakeholders, and ensuring teams have the right capability and capacity to deliver key outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate resource planning and allocation across a large, enterprise-wide program of work.
- Partner with program and project stakeholders to understand current and future resourcing requirements.
- Monitor resource availability, capacity, and utilisation, identifying gaps, risks, and competing priorities.
- Maintain accurate resource plans and provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders.
- Support the Enterprise PMO in driving consistent resource management processes, governance, and reporting.
- Identify potential resourcing risks and work collaboratively with stakeholders to implement timely solutions.
About You

You will bring:





- Demonstrated experience in resource management, workforce planning, or resource coordination within large-scale programs or portfolios.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
- Excellent organisational and planning capabilities, with the ability to manage changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Experience maintaining resource data and producing accurate, meaningful reports.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
