Based in Wollongong, this role is ideal for someone with at least 1 year of property management experience who is ready to develop their skills in a supportive environment.

THE ROLE

- Assist with the day-to-day management of a residential portfolio
- Conduct open homes and process tenancy applications
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance
- Assist with ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections
- Liaise with landlords, tenants and tradespeople
- Work closely with a Senior Property Manager to develop your skills

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

- At least 1 year of property management experience
- Current Certificate of Registration
- Valid driver's licence
- PropertyMe experience highly regarded




- Robust communication and organisational skills
- A proactive attitude and genuine desire to grow within the industry
