We are looking for an experienced and accountable Assistant Accountant to join our Finance team.

Duties and Responsibilities

Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

Process accounts payable, including invoice verification, bookkeeping, payment preparation, and vendor reconciliation.

Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to resolve invoice and payment issues.

Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and tax requirements related to AP transactions

Process staff reimbursement, including invoice checking and payment preparation.

Manage customer rebate review, calculation, accrual, reconciliation, and settlement in accordance with rebate policies.

Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation schedules.

Undertake other ad hoc duties as requested.

Skills and Experience

The successful candidate will ideally have:

Sound knowledge of accounting principles and standards.

3-5 years experience or exposure to Accountant functions (essential), especially AP.

Experience with accounting and ERP systems (SAP preferred).

Strong Microsoft Office skills,



particularly Excel.

High level of accuracy with strong attention to detail.

Good communication and organisational skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with customers/suppliers.

Strong learning ability and willingness to adapt to new systems and processes.

Advanced Diploma or Degree in Accounting.

Bilingual skills in English and Mandarin.
