Evolution Mining, Cowal Gold Operations in Current South Wales, is seeking a Training Advisor to shape governance and compliance across training systems. You’ll support safety, learning platforms, and workforce capability while enabling safe and productive operations on site.

Reporting to the Senior Training Advisor, you’ll drive continuous improvements, maintain regulatory training requirements and partner with site leaders to strengthen governance and outcomes.
