Personal Assistant (PA) to Managing Director

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and professional Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director of a growing children's residential care organisation.

This flexible, part-time role (20–25 hours per week) involves diary management, coordinating meetings, managing correspondence and providing essential administrative and operational support.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, robust attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities independently.

Essential Skills, Qualifications and Experience

- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative role.
- Excellent organisational, diary management and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.




- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
- Ability to prioritise workloads, meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks independently.
- High level of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work proactively, use initiative and adapt to changing business priorities.
- Reliable, self-motivated and comfortable working in a hybrid/remote environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with senior management and external stakeholders.
