Calvary is seeking a Service Support Coordinator to join National Calvary Community Care (CCC) Service Centres in Melbourne. You will coordinate after-hours and overflow inbound enquiries, delivering prompt, respectful service to employees, clients and families.

You will aim to resolve interactions on first contact and provide timely handovers to the appropriate area when needed, supporting a mission-based organisation with a solid care focus.
