We're on the hunt for a superstar Studio Manager to join our @Pilates Studio in Brighton Vic

We're looking for someone with great energy, a natural flair for sales and a genuine passion for health and wellness. Someone who loves connecting with people, thrives on achieving targets and gets a real buzz out of growing a business.

This isn't your typical studio management role. Yes, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations, but your biggest focus will be growing our membership base, keeping our members happy and inspiring your team to do the same.

What you'll be doing

- Driving membership growth – following up leads, converting trials, generating new sales and identifying opportunities to grow the studio.

- Creating an amazing member experience – building genuine relationships, keeping members engaged and proactively improving retention.

- Leading a small team – motivating, coaching and supporting staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.

- Managing studio operations – coordinating staff rosters, supervising shifts and ensuring the studio runs smoothly.

- Getting involved locally – building community connections, supporting promotions and finding creative ways to attract new members.

You're our kind of person if you...

- Love talking to people and have a warm, outgoing personality.

- Have a strong sales instinct and aren't afraid to pick up the phone, follow up leads or ask for the sale.





- Are motivated by results and love working towards goals.

- Have experience leading or supervising a team.

- Take initiative, solve problems and don't need someone telling you what to do every day.

- Have a genuine interest in Pilates, fitness, health or wellness.

- Are organised, reliable and bring a positive attitude to everything you do.

Experience in fitness, membership sales, wellness, beauty or customer-focused retail would be fantastic, but personality, initiative and sales ability are what really matter to us.

The details

- Location: Brighton, Melbourne

- Hours: Part-time, approximately 20–25 hours per week

- Shifts: You'll need flexibility to work both morning (7am–11am) and afternoon/evening (3pm–7pm) shifts and some admin hours also on your own time.
