Life Without Barriers in Geelong is seeking a dedicated Case Manager – Out of Home Care to support children and young people with complex needs within a residential care setting. You will work with families, carers and DFFH to implement case plans that promote safety, stability and well-being.

The role requires trauma-informed practice, solid written communication and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
