Short-term opportunity | Tatura | Casual until February 2027

Goulburn-Murray Water (GMW) is looking for a motivated and organised Property Officer to join our Property Services team in Tatura on a casual, short-term basis until February 2027.

This is a great opportunity to put your administration, customer service and property knowledge to work while supporting a team responsible for managing a range of property services across northern Victoria.

What you’ll be doing:

- Processing planning permit applications, work approvals, leases, licences and general land dealings.
- Preparing documentation, correspondence and reports.
- Responding to customer enquiries and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Providing general administrative, financial and business support to the Property team.
- Maintaining accurate records and information across business systems.

What we’re looking for:

You’ll be organised,



customer-focused and confident managing a range of administrative tasks. Ideally, you’ll bring an understanding of property or public land administration, solid communication skills and the ability to work accurately and independently.

A relevant tertiary qualification and experience in property services or statutory planning will be highly regarded.
