St John of God Health Care is seeking two experienced Human Resources Officers to join our Workforce Shared Services team on a permanent full time basis. You will deliver transactional and advisory HR services to line Managers and caregivers across the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with EBAs, awards and legislation.

You will manage an allocated portfolio with high-volume activities, maintain HR records (Workday), and provide accurate, practical guidance on policies and entitlements
