As General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall day-to-day management, performance and development of M&R; Kitchens. Working closely with supportive and experienced owners, you will have the opportunity to influence the direction of the business, introduce improvements and develop a strong, motivated and successful team.

Key responsibilities

Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team across manufacturing, administration and installation.

Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement, productivity and efficiency.

Develop and improve business systems, processes and communication.

Build a positive workplace culture centred on teamwork, accountability and mutual respect.

Manage financial performance, budgets, operational targets and profitability.

Maintain strong relationships with customers, builders, suppliers and contractors.

Work closely with the owners to identify opportunities for sustainable growth.
