We are currently seeking passionatePhysiotherapy or Exercise Physiology professionals to join the IPAR team atPort Macquarie NSW. This role offers flexibility,



autonomy and the support of our experienced, multidisciplinary team.

As aRehabilitation Consultant at IPAR, you will have exposure to a wide range of schemes including Workers Compensation, CTP, Life Insurance, Comcare, Department of Veterans’ Affairs and employer‑funded programs. You will deliver occupational rehabilitation services to clients with a variety of physical and psychological conditions, helping them achieve sustainable return-to-health and return-to-work outcomes. No two days are the same, and your work will make a meaningful difference.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage a manageable caseload with support fromRehabilitation Assistants
- Apply your clinical expertise to improvereturn-to-work outcomes
- Partner with employers and employees to deliverinjury prevention and workplace education programs
- Collaborate with injured workers, employers, insurers, and healthcare professionals
- Conduct a range of clinical and vocational assessments, including:
- Initial assessments
- Workplace assessments
- Functional capacity assessments

- Identify barriers and design practical solutions to support recovery and return to work

We’re looking for a motivated and compassionate professional who brings:

- Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology;
- Generalregistration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA); or
- Accredited with Exercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA) - please ensure your accreditat
