We're looking for a friendly, outgoing Membership Consultant to join our team on a casual basis.

It’s a simple, people-focused role. You’ll be one of the faces of the gym — welcoming members, helping with enquiries, showing potential members around and making sure the club is always looking its best.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Welcoming members and visitors
- Responding to membership enquiries
- Showing prospective members around the gym
- Helping with new member sign-ups
- Following up warm leads and enquiries
- Answering calls, messages and emails
- General reception and admin duties
- Keeping the gym clean, tidy and presentable
- Helping with general day-to-day gym duties
- Creating a friendly, positive atmosphere for our members

Who We’re Looking For





You don’t need years of gym experience.

We’re looking for someone who is:

- Friendly, confident and easy to talk to
- Positive and energetic
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable speaking with new people
- Proactive and happy to get things done
- Organised and able to work independently
- Someone who enjoys fitness and the gym environment

Experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, retail or fitness is a bonus, but personality and attitude are more important.
